I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but not as advertised. The service was top-notch, from friendly greetings to prompt assistance. The location was convenient but a bit noisy due to its proximity to a busy road. Dining had good choices but lacked honoring reservations with breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a lot of toiletries and even a little Passport to Naples for exploring the city. However, I noticed some cleanliness issues like visible dust in the vent over the shower and too much carpeting. The lack of natural light in most areas was a downside, feeling a bit dim like being in a casino.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The food was exceptional, though a little more variety would have been nice. I recommend choosing a room on the 2nd floor with a Parking lot view by hhh-App online check-in to get this room.
